The hotel is close to Ubud center, there’s a shuttle that you can book via apps to go to the center although I didn’t use it. Pools are big, and mostly empty. I got free upgrade and a room with garden view. Cleaner were very nice and thoughtful, they made a nice decoration at the end of my stay there.

The Best and comfort Hotel i've ever had in ubud and was very clean. The gardens and pool and the views were fantastic. The rooms was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The wifi was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and always smiling and wanting to offer their service. The breakfast was excellent and they were happy to cater for vegetarians, making special Vegetarian food for us every day. The Hotel provide free shuttle service going to ubud market. Thank You Best Western Ubud Team deffinately will come back ❤️

This hotel is amazing, they give us their best room, clean and make our stay are memorable, the staff really helpful and they give us all information that we need, breakfast tasty and halal, they have vegetarian option also for the breakfast, the location is 10 minutes walk to ubud center, and they have free shuttle bus every 2 hours

Nice hotel away from the crowds and very quiet, but don't worry only 10 minutes walk to Ubud Center and they provide a shuttle bus too, I stayed alone here but I felt safe because the staff were very helpful and provided a lot of information that I needed during my stayed, the breakfast was very tasty and there was a choice of vegetarian food, the rooms were spacious and clean, the swimming pool was very beautiful😁❤️

Excellent hotel, Nice big pools, with a bar that did happy hour most (all?) nights. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, private, quiet, clean and comfortable. It's walking distance to the main city center (being able to walk anywhere in Bali was a huge deal to us), but they also offer an included shuttle service. I had a delicious steak dinner at their restaurant, and the breakfast is a buffet style arrangement and always had new dishes available every morning we were there. The staff even remembered our room number after our second day coming to the restaurant! The hotel was nice and quiet while we stayed, we often had the pool to ourselves! I would love to stay here again one day!

The property was amazingly built with all the amenities. They even have a shuttle to the city but I would recommend walking to avoid the traffic and to explore more. The cleaning was done on a regular basis and they would also spray the entire resort on a scheduled day to keep the little insects away from the rooms. The breakfast is good with a live counter for eggs and pancakes and waffles. They also give you a breakfast box if you leave early before the breakfast even starts. The staff were courteous and were willing to go out of their way to help. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 15 nights. Excellent quiet location, walking distance from Ubud’s centre. Good and clean swimming pool. Comfortable bed and charming balcony.

Wow.. Wow.. Wow This resort had it all in our opinion and is a must stay if looking for somewhere in Ubud. 1) Breakfast: A top class, buffet style setup. 2) Facilities: Both gym and pool outstanding. 3) Location: Superbly located within 15 minutes walking distance to Ubud centre. if not feeling the walk, the hotel provide a frequent shuttle service. Alternatively a Grab bike. 4) Food: Other than the breakfast, the food was superb. We dined for both lunch and dinner on several occasions. 5) Room: Very spacious, cleaned daily and two large bottles of water replenished each day. Overall a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend.

I had a pleasure of staying at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was beautifull, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, allowing me to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The hotel’s location iit's close to Ubud Center, and they provide a free shuttle services to Ubud Center, I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options offered each morning, with a variety of choices. Overall, my stay at Best Western Ubud exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
