Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud

The hotel is close to Ubud center, there’s a shuttle that you can book via apps to go to the center although I didn’t use it. Pools are big, and mostly empty. I got free upgrade and a room with garden view. Cleaner were very nice and thoughtful, they made a nice decoration at the end of my stay there.

The Best and comfort Hotel i've ever had in ubud and was very clean. The gardens and pool and the views were fantastic. The rooms was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The wifi was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and always smiling and wanting to offer their service. The breakfast was excellent and they were happy to cater for vegetarians, making special Vegetarian food for us every day. The Hotel provide free shuttle service going to ubud market. I recently stayed at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud, and it was such a wonderful experience. The hotel is very comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly located—close enough to Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest, yet far from the busy crowds. The resort is surrounded by rice fields and tropical greenery, which creates a calming atmosphere. They also provide a free shuttle to the center of Ubud, which makes exploring very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, with a private balcony overlooking either the pool or the rice fields. The housekeeping team always kept the room spotless, and the little touches like complimentary large bottles of water were really thoughtful. I especially loved the swimming pools with their serene view, the relaxing spa, and the gym facilities. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the restaurant setting was beautiful. What truly stood out was the staff—they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Ubud with great service, comfortable rooms, and beautiful surroundings. I felt relaxed and well taken care of during my entire stay.

I stayed at the Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and strategically located in Ubud. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The room was very clean and well maintained and strong wifi connection. What caught my attention most during the breakfast was the traditional snack corner, where you can enjoy unlimited cappuccino, mochaccino, hot milo and really good with the good brand espresso all free! This truly is a highlight of the hotel. On my third night, after housekeeping, I found a bedside story about Balinese culture, and they also gave me a voucher for a free dinner for two. Every detail in this hotel was impressive and very well thought out. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent hotel, Nice big pools, with a bar that did happy hour most (all?) nights. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, private, quiet, clean and comfortable. It's walking distance to the main city center (being able to walk anywhere in Bali was a huge deal to us), but they also offer an included shuttle service. I had a delicious steak dinner at their restaurant, and the breakfast is a buffet style arrangement and always had new dishes available every morning we were there. The staff even remembered our room number after our second day coming to the restaurant! The hotel was nice and quiet while we stayed, we often had the pool to ourselves! I would love to stay here again one day!
